As some of you have noticed, since we did launch the new website at, your tracking page that showed your purchases from the 2013 Pulse campaign is no longer available. Since most of these perks have been shipped already, with the rest to be shipped in a few months, we thought you would get better and more accurate information if you just opened up a support ticket with us here if you wanted to inquire about your order. We are currently revamping our Customer Data Base and working on a Customer Portal system where customers will be able to look up their order and track it and make any necessary changes. Until this system is in place though, we ask that you please contact us by registering an account with and opening a support ticket so that we can better assist your needs.
