If there isn't a response after 48 hours, your support ticket will automatically close as these can't be left open indefinitely (this makes our system run slllooow). You will need to open a new support ticket and an agent will be notified that your case has been unresolved. In most cases we can look up your prior ticket fairly easily, but if you have various email accounts you're using, it might make it harder for us to merge your tickets and look your information up. Its always wise to use just one email address to reference you purchases, or let us know you have also corresponded with us under a different email address and made purchases with another.
