As we have been merging our back end online, we have been informed by some of our backers of difficulty accessing our customer management system. We would like to encourage everyone again to attempt to login to their account to make any updates necessary and or desired updates. Below is our previous update as a refresher:

Our new order management system is based on BigCommerce. In the new system, you can change your shipping address and track your shipping status from that system directly. 

NOTE: To upgrade a perk or change any perks, you will need to submit a ticket on our Solutions site. Please clearly identify your name, billing/shipping address(es), phone number, order email address and order number in the ticket so we can double check all the information.
