Support ticket #17438 open for 48 hours without a response.

I received my Pulse DAC Infinity last week and it worked for about 2 hours then died. I immediately opened a trouble ticket #17438. It's been open for 48 hours without a response. Can someone at least acknowledge the ticket?

Only 48 hours wait. I'm still waiting 52 days later. I fear my RMA pulse to be lost in their 'system' and I'll never see it again. Support here is the worst I have ever encountered. Closing tickets before the opener has said the matter is resolved is so arrogant!
