Very clear and good site but I don't understand why it's not linked to our accounts in the original http://lhlabs.com/ website. I used the same e-mail address that I was registered but it asked me to create a new account and password and I can not see/access my previous tickets opened..

Customer Happiness agents still have access to the old ticket system. If you need us to looks something up for you, you can always open up a ticket here at support.lhlabs.com or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
