Hi, my Geek Pulse is working but there is one and very annoying problem I am having right now, it is intermittent.
About every 50 - 80 secs (sometimes it is randomly happening), the sound will off for like 0.5 sec but come back immediately after the blank.

Could you give me a lead to what may cause this?
My topic has been created into a ticket already
Please open a support ticket if you haven't already done so. A small amount of Pulses have had this problem. You will need to send back your Pulse so that we may update the firmware in your unit. We will send you a RMA (Return Material Authorization) Form to fill out and we will provide you with a shipping label to send your Pulse back to us.
If you have trouble opening a ticket, you can also email us directly at email@example.com and a ticket will be automatically generated for you.
