Holding customers in contempt

Larry and the team at LH Labs have treated me and other customers with nothing but contempt.  

Excuses of a technical nature are offered in keeping with the 'geek' nature of the products, but those excuses shout clearly that the company is bereft of the engineering knowledge or experience required to design or deliver their products.  

Worse, they treat customers in a shameful way, with lies, half truths, poor service and a failure to deliver anything they promise.

Bad engineering, and a dreadful customer experience.  Make that your new Customer Policy guys, it's what you're good for.
