I sent my unit in for an upgrade but found out it wasn't eligible for an upgrade. No big deal. Got the unit back but requested a refund because I paid $94 for the upgrade but since it wasn't done I should get a refund… Right? Added the request to my ticket. It has not been acknowledged. So I opened up a new ticket explaining the problem with reference to the old ticket in the new ticket – still nothing. What is up with that? No longer an interested customer. I will go elsewhere .
