Still Open For Business?

I have had a ticket to repair my LPS open now for three months and have not had a response from LH support in over one month.  Is LH still in business and does it intend to honour it's warranty?  


If not, I'd like to know so I can investigate the problem with the LPS myself.

Be careful for what you wish!

I had a ticket for my inoperable Pulse fi open for weeks until I received an RMA. I immediately sent off my unit, which LH acknowledged receiving.  It's been two months since then, with no updates or ETA on the return, and no response to emails.
