My V2+ died within the first day of owning it, after a 1.5 year wait.  I have a ticket in, 1 week and no response.

My Pulse Fi stopped being recognized as a USB device on both my Windows 10 laptop and my Synology NAS one month out of warranty. I both submitted a ticket about a week ago and sent an email to customer support as a follow-up. Not a word in response to either.
I heard from tech support today and received an RMA. I am sending my unit to LH for repair.
