LPS in RMA for 4 months


I sent my LPS for RMA (got an RMA number of course) in December 2015.

4 months later, the LPS is still in the US, I have no idea about what is going on.

I sent several enquiries and ticket follow-ups to the support, and never got any response. Support staffs see my messages; I know it because they recently merged a new ticket with an old one. But they just never reply.

What should I do? Any suggestion?
